Four kids and one grownup have been rescued Monday morning from a second-floor house on Chestnut Street by the Corning City Fire Department and transported to a neighborhood hospital by American Medical Response.

Corning City Fire Chief Brad Davies stated the Corning City Fire Department was dispatched to 192 Chestnut St. for a construction hearth with entrapment round 11:46 a.m. Firefighters arrived on scene two minutes from dispatch and located a two-story constructing, two… Condominium items on the primary and second flooring on hearth.
