SINGAPORE: Chinese Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang can pay an official go to to Singapore from Sunday (Nov 10) to Monday for the twentieth assembly of the Joint Council on Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC), the apex platform between the 2 nations.
