Are non -alcohol wines the important thing to supporting the wine business in decline or is alcohol an important function of the wine? Today Radio Schuman explores this matter with the Euronews journalist Gerardo Fortuna.
Last week, the European Commission launched a package deal to assist the business to navigate on social tastes, to handle its manufacturing and develop new alternatives, together with contact on the rising non -alcoholic market.
It included three standardized denominations: “with out alcohol”, “0.0%” and “alcoholic mild” as a way of creating new types of wine extra enticing for patrons.
