MOSCOW (Reuters) – The president of the Russian Parliament Lower Chamber, Vyacheslav Voladin, stated on Friday that Great Britain ought to have returned Moscow’s cash that London had determined to illegally do in Ukraine to finance Kiev’s navy.
Voladin, ally of President Vladimir Putin, was talking after Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that Ukraine obtained a primary tranche of funds for a worth of about $ 1 billion from Great Britain, assured by the proceeds of frozen Russian actions.
