WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – President-elect Donald Trump will nominate former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee to be ambassador to Israel, Trump introduced Tuesday.
Huckabee is a staunch defender of Israel and his anticipated appointment comes as Trump has vowed to align US overseas coverage extra carefully with Israel’s pursuits because it wages wars in opposition to Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon.
